At Darrenkamp’s, we are strongly committed to supporting education & non-profits in the communities that support us every day. We have donated thousands of dollars to local schools & organizations in the past and are committed to continuing our support for education & non-profits by introducing an exciting, new Community Rewards Program.
- Starting September 1, 2017 Darrenkamp’s Market will be allowing any non-profit or school organization to apply to be a part of this program.
- The program will run from Sept 1st – June 30th every year. Schools and Organizations can apply for the program at any time during its duration but will only accrue purchases from the time that their customers sign up. Organizations wishing to join the program need to register and be approved before any customers can be added to their list. Those organizations can do so by selecting the “Organization Login” link below and filling out the required information. Once a School/Organization has been approved for the program they do not need to reapply each year.
- Each School or Organization’s customers list will be purged at the end of every program year and it will be the responsibility of that School/Organization to re-sign up new customers for the following year. Schools/Organizations can do this by using the “Customer Login” link below to have their customers create a login and select the organization they wish to have their purchases go towards from the “Community/School Rewards” tab. A customers Gold Card number can only be linked to one organization per year.
- Schools and organizations can receive 1% back on their member’s purchases up to the total program funding. If the total amount accumulated by all schools/organizations exceeds the total program funding, each school/organization will get a prorated percentage based on the total spending of the schools/organizations. Checks will be furnished every 4 to 5 months.
