* 1 c. milk chocolate chips * 8 oz. Wisconsin Mascarpone or cream cheese, room temperature * 24 small chocolate shell cups or small frozen phyllo dough cups, thawed * whipped whipping cream, decorative sprinkles, or maraschino cherries for garnish
What to do:
1. Melt chocolate chips; cool slightly. Mix with cheese at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 min. Pipe mixture into chocolate cups; top with garnish; chill.
