Banana Smoothie

What you need:
* 1 c. plain yogurt
* 1 ripe banana, sliced
* 1 Tbsp. honey
* 1 Tbsp. wheat germ
* 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
* whipped cream and/or chopped peanuts (optional)
What to do:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy. Garnish with whipped cream and chopped peanuts or a banana slice.
