* 1 lb. lean ground turkey * 1/4 c. finely diced onion * 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro * 1-1/2 tsp. Curry powder * 5/8 tsp. salt, divided * 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper * 12 mini burger or small dinner rolls, split and toasted * 2 ZESPRI™ GREEN Kiwifruit, peeled and finely diced * 1 Tbsp. golden raisins * 2 tsp. sugar
What to do:
1. For Curried Turkey Burgers: Preheat grill to medium. Combine turkey, onions, cilantro, curry powder, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Shape into twelve 2 in. mini burger patties. 2. Grill patties for 2-3 min. on each side, turning once, until cooked through. Place on buns; top with chutney. 3. For Fresh Kiwifruit Chutney: combine kiwifruit, raisins, sugar and salt in small bowl and mix.
