1. Combine seasoning blend and 1/4 c. of beer into a paste. Coat the chops with the paste and place Marinate for 30 min. 2. In a skillet, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil, cook chops on both sides about 3 min. per side. Remove chops. In same skillet, sauté onions and garlic. Add chopped tomatoes and rest of beer, reduce sauce to thicken by gently boiling (6-8 minutes), stir occasionally. Serve with Chops.
