What you need:
* 8 inch whole-wheat tortillas * Kosher salt (optional)
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Lightly spray both sides of tortilla with cooking spray. If desired, sprinkle one side very lightly with salt. 3. Cut each tortilla into 8 pieces. Place on parchment lined baking pan. 4. Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes, turning over 1/2 way through. Cool on rack. Serve with favorite dip, salsa or guacamole.
